We are THE BROKEN OAKS! An Americana soul band based in London, UK. Playing a range of well known songs in our own unique style with our excellent line up of musicians which consists of Vocals, Double Bass, Guitarist, Mandolin, fiddle and Drums.
Hailing from various corners of the country, we have serenaded audiences up and down the nation, leaving an indelible mark on every stage we grace. From intimate venues to grand festivals, our performances have garnered a reputation for being both sonically enthralling and emotionally resonant.

Music is increadibly important to me, so picking the right band to perform at our wedding was cruicial. The Broken Oaks didn't dissapoint! A group of extremely talented musicians who created an atmosphere on the dancefloor that we'll never forget. Not your standard band performing the normal covers. The slant and unique style they put on all their tracks is amazing, and the compliments we've had about them and their performance have been non-stop (even from people with musical tastes very different to mine). My wife is a massive ABBA fan, and she desribed their version of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme as "better than the original...".
The time I spent chatting to Andy and the band was also a pleasure, and they felt more like guests at our wedding than people we'd hired to perform.
Thank you for everything. If I ever need to hire a band again, the decision will be a very easy one!

The Broken Oaks lived up to their reputation. We invited them to our mini festival and they delighted the crowd with familiar songs played in their inimitable style. Talented musicians and a wonderful lead singer in a tidy brown corduroy suit were very entertaining and had us dancing throughout their set. They were lovely to deal with and very accommodating.

We had The Broken Oaks perform at our wedding on the 7th of June 2025, and WOW!! They were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they brought the perfect energy, vibe, and music to our day. Their mix of country music and all-round crowd-pleasers had everyone on the dance floor (and kept them there all night!)
What made it even more special and truly sets them apart was that they learnt and performed three songs we personally requested including our first dance song, “In Your Love” by Tyler Childers, which was such a special moment for us.
The Broken Oaks aren’t just a band, they’re professional, passionate musicians who genuinely care about making your event unforgettable. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!
